Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to help patients regain communication and swallow abilities across diverse settings. You will design, implement, and monitor personalized therapy plans, working with a multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.

As a valued clinician, you will educate patients and families, adapt to changing environments, and participate in mentorship programs while advancing your clinical skills through ongoing CEUs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, or similarly-titled area consistent with ASHA.
• Licensed, certified or credentialed as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech-language pathology services and design treatment plans to restore, maintain, or improve communication and swallowing.
• Execute rehab plans with patients, ensuring effective and efficient service delivery.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and functional communication.
• Adapt to various settings and patient needs, coordinating with colleagues as needed.
• Refer or collaborate with team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
