Job summary

Powerback is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to help patients communicate, swallow, and recover speech in various settings. You will design and execute therapy plans to restore daily communication and functional abilities, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality rehab services, adapting plans to individual needs, and supporting patient and caregiver education to promote independence and better outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• Licensed, certified or credentialed, as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech-language pathology services to patients, designing and executing rehab plans.
• Assess communication and swallowing disorders and tailor therapy.
• Collaborate with patients and families to promote independence.
• Work in diverse rehab settings and maintain documentation.
• Provide training to caregivers on skills to support communication.
