Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to help patients communicate, swallow, and remediate disorders. You will design and execute rehab plans, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and guide patients toward improved independence and quality of life.

You’ll contribute to education for patients and caregivers, participate in our mentorship and CEU programs, and enjoy comprehensive benefits including visa sponsorship and relocation support.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent.
• Licensed, certified or credentialed, as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Help patients communicate, swallow, and remediate disorders.
• Design and deliver individualized rehabilitation plans and document progress.
• Collaborate with the care team and refer to specialists when needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and safety.
• Engage in mentorship programs and ongoing professional development.
