Qualifications
- A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or similarly-titled area acceptable to ASHA.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA or eligibility to participate as ASHA Clinical Fellow.
- Licensed, certified or credentialed as required in the state of practice.
Responsibilities
- Help patients communicate, swallow, and remediate disorders or deficits through rehab services.
- Design and execute individualized therapy plans and monitor progress.
- Collaborate with patients, caregivers, and the care team to promote independence.
