Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to help patients regain communication and swallowing abilities. You will design and execute individualized treatment plans, delivering high-quality rehab services across various settings while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

You will also educate patients and caregivers, promote independence, and thrive in a dynamic, moving-day environment that values compassion and active patient engagement.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• Licensed, certified or credentialed as required by the state.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients to improve communication, swallowing, and related disorders.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with therapists, caregivers, and care teams to optimize care.
• Provide patient and caregiver education to promote independence.
• Support a flexible, patient-centered rehabilitation environment.
