Job summary

Powerback is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to help patients regain communication, swallowing and cognitive skills across therapies. You will design and deliver personalized rehab plans, coordinate with a multi-disciplinary team, and support patients and families with practical strategies for independence.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a closely related ASHA-approved program.
• Licensed, certified or credentialed as required in the practicing state.

Responsibilities

• Help patients communicate, swallow, and remediate speech disorders through evidence-based therapy.
• Design, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs and goals.
• Collaborate with caregivers and other clinicians to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and families to promote independence and communication skills.
