Sweetwater Care is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in the Salina area. New grads and seasoned professionals are welcome. Positions include contract (locals or travelers) and permanent hire options with great pay and weekly pay for contracts.

Responsibilities

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in patients of all ages.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans to improve communication skills, cognitive function, and swallowing disorders.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including doctors, nurses, and family members, to deliver comprehensive care.
  • Educate patients and their families on therapeutic strategies for communication and speech improvement.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes as required.
