FullShift Staffing is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.

This 13-week contract (with option to extend) or permanent placement offers a supportive team, growth opportunities, and flexible travel or stay options, with competitive pay and housing/travel stipends for travelers.

Qualifications

• Active Speech-Language Pathology license in the state of employment.
• CCC-SLP certification preferred.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Current TB test/results.
• Fit-for-duty clearance within past year.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Assess and monitor patient progress, adjusting interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals and strategies.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.

What We’re Looking For:

• Passionate speech therapy provider

• Comfortable working in the SNF setting

Requirements:

• Active Speech-Language Pathology License in the state of employment (or ability to obtain) – New grads welcome!

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred

• Current BLS/CPR Certification (or ability to obtain)

• Current TB test/results

• Current physical stating fit for duty (within past year)
