Total Compensation: $45.45–$48.35/hour*

Our Client is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for a local contract opportunity in North Adams, Massachusetts. Bring thoughtful clinical judgment to rehabilitation that connects practical recovery, participation and everyday independence. Work with the rehabilitation and care team to help each person make progress toward meaningful goals.

Your contribution

Evaluate communication, cognitive-communication and swallowing needs within your licensed scope. Develop individualized goals and treatment plans, deliver appropriate therapeutic interventions, reassess progress and adapt care. Explain strategies to patients and caregivers, coordinate recommendations with the rehabilitation and care team, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.

Support coordinated care that respects each person’s abilities, priorities and dignity. Communicate clearly with colleagues, patients and caregivers, follow professional standards and safety practices, and complete documentation promptly. Clinical work, caseload and team arrangements will be reviewed during hiring.

Assignment and schedule

• Local, on-site contract; no traveler stipend.
• Source shift window is 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with a 30-minute meal period. Final workdays and complete work pattern confirmed before offer.
• The source lists a 40-hour weekly guarantee, subject to attendance and assignment terms. Confirm actual worked and paid hours before offer.
• Source start date is December 1, 2026; the actual start will be confirmed before offer.
• Current source end date is February 27, 2027. Start date and remaining duration confirmed before offer.

What you bring

• Current Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathologist licensure or eligibility, with required credentials completed before practice.
• Appropriate accredited education and clinical qualifications for the role.
• Clinical reasoning, clear communication and a patient-centered approach.
• Ability to complete applicable credential, screening, orientation and client requirements.

Employment arrangement:

Contract and per diem placements recruited through Domnovate Healthcare are W-2 employment through our employer of record. Our Client is the assignment site.
