Job summary

Memorial Home Services in Jacksonville, IL seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide examinations, evaluations, therapy diagnosis, interventions, and prognosis in line with hospital policies and departmental procedures.

You will share expertise through program development, act as a department resource for diagnostic groups, and assist with competency development while crossing coverage across service areas.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Illinois Licensure as Speech-Language Pathologist or eligible for licensure required.
• CCC-SLP certification required.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• May require Part C Early Intervention Certifications if supporting EI.

Responsibilities

• Examinations, evaluations, therapy diagnosis, interventions, and prognosis.
• Lead in program development opportunities and act as a department resource.
• Cross-cover multiple service areas efficiently and assist with competency development.
• Engage in QA, research, and other projects as requested.
• Represent the hospital service line in education programs.
