Job summary

Memorial Health in Taylorville, IL, seeks a Lead Speech Therapist to plan and coordinate the speech therapy program, manage clinical caseloads, and align care with our safety, quality, and efficiency standards. You will supervise inpatient and rehabilitation staff on-site, coordinate interdisciplinary teams, and assist the Director and Rehabilitation Manager with day-to-day operations when needed.

Licensed IL SLP required; ASHA certification preferred; CPR certification required; minimum five

Qualifications

• Illinois-licensed Speech-Language Pathologist required.
• ASHA certification preferred.
• Minimum five years of clinical rehabilitation experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and coordination of clinical operations and program development.
• Supervise inpatient and speech therapy staff on-site.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary team members across the rehabilitation program.
• Assist Director and Rehabilitation Manager in day-to-day operations in their absence.
