Responsibilities

• Evaluates and treats patients across ages using diverse therapies.
• Documents according to departmental policies and procedures.
• Supervises Therapist Assistants and Rehab Aides.
• Participates in quality and safety initiatives and interdisciplinary meetings.
• Communicates with physicians, nursing staff and other clinicians to coordinate care.
• Performs administrative tasks including patient scheduling and staffing.
• Maintains productivity logs and supports service delivery excellence.
