Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Full Maryland state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Performs speech therapy services in accordance with standards, ethics, and policies.
• Conducts patient assessments and develops individualized treatment plans.
• Documents evaluations, re-evaluations, and care in medical records.
• Communicates results and plans with patients and families.
• Provides therapy education and counseling to individuals.
• Mentors and trains clinical team members or students as needed.
• Delivers patient-centered care and maintains high-quality service.
• Participates in performance improvement and proposes optimizations.
• Escalates clinical and operational issues to leadership as needed.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
