Job summary

Memorial Health System seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide evaluative and rehabilitative services for communicatively impaired individuals. You will perform evaluations, deliver therapy, document thoroughly, and collaborate with a care team to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent with state licensure.
• Must obtain CCC-SLP within 12 months of start date.
• BLS certification required.
• Maintain compliance with RQI.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Performs comprehensive speech-language pathology evaluations.
• Provides therapy using evidence-based modalities in a safe, effective manner.
• Completes documentation thoroughly in accordance with policies and ACHC standards.
• Collaborates with other providers to optimize patient outcomes.
• Provides teaching and guidance to patients and families.
