Job summary

Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our educational team in La Porte, IN. This full-time, school-year position focuses on providing comprehensive speech-language services to students.

The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology with IN license (ESA) or ability to obtain, and prefer CCC-SLP; school-based experience welcome but not required. Collaboration with teachers and families is essential.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid IN State SLP license and ESA certification (or ability to obtain).
  • ASHA CCC-SLP preferred.
  • School-based experience preferred but not required.

Speech Language Pathologist - La Porte IN

Location: La Porte IN

Position Type: Full-Time | School Year Position

Hours: Monday–Friday, FT (35 hours/week)

Start Date: August 2026

About The Role

We are seeking a compassionate, collaborative, and student-focused Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our educational team in Sumner. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping students develop communication skills that support academic success, social development, and independence.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct speech, language, voice, and fluency evaluations for students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
  • Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, families, and administrators
  • Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
  • Support AAC implementation and other communication strategies when appropriate
  • Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid IN State SLP license and ESA certification (or ability to obtain)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • School-based experience preferred but not required
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
