Job summary

RXinsider LTD. is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our educational team in La Porte, IN. The role is full-time (35 hours/week) for the school year, with a start date in August 2026, located in La Porte, IN.

The SLP will conduct evaluations, develop IEP-driven plans, provide therapy services, collaborate with staff and families, and participate in IEP meetings while ensuring proper documentation and compliance. A strong emphasis on AAC and progress monitoring is included.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Valid IN State SLP license and ESA certification (or ability to obtain).
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred.
• School-based experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech, language, voice, and fluency evaluations for students.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.
• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, families, and administrators.
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.

• Support AAC implementation and other communication strategies when appropriate.
• Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.

About The Role

We are seeking a compassionate, collaborative, and student-focused Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our educational team in Sumner. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping students develop communication skills that support academic success, social development, and independence.
