Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to perform objective assessments and design comprehensive treatment plans for assigned patients in alignment with department policies.

Requirements include a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology, current or provisional SLP license, ASHA certification within 1 year, and BLS. One year of experience and ability to respond to emergencies are preferred and required, respectively.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current or provisional SLP license in applicable state.
• Minimum one year of experience; experience with patients of all ages preferred.
• ASHA certification within 1 year of hire; BLS certification required.
• Must be able to respond to emergency situations.

Responsibilities

• Perform objective assessments and comprehensive individualized treatment programs for assigned patients.
• Follow departmental policies and procedures regarding referrals.
