Job summary

Bilingual Therapies is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for school-based coverage in the San Juan Capistrano area. Full-time contract roles across preschool to middle school, starting as early as September with potential extension through the academic year.

You will evaluate, develop and implement IEPs, deliver direct and consultative therapy, and collaborate with educators to support student progress. CA license required; caseload ~55 students per site; salary $47.53–$71.53/hour.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active California SLP license is required.
• Experience in school settings across preschool to middle school is preferred.
• Ability to manage a caseload of about 55 students per site.

If you are a Speech-Language Pathologist with a passion for school-based practice, multiple contract opportunities are currently available for full-time coverage across preschool, elementary, and middle school sites. These positions are dedicated to providing seamless support during three leaves of absence, and there is a high likelihood for ongoing assignment through the end of the academic year.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active and current California SLP license
• Previous experience working in schools, with comfort across preschool, elementary, and middle school settings
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage a caseload averaging around 55 students per site

Role Highlights:

• Serve students across varied age groups at one site per SLP (preschool, elementary, or middle school)
• Complete evaluations, develop and implement IEPs, and deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy
• Work alongside educators and support staff to promote student progress and participation
