Make a meaningful impact supporting students in the San Juan Capistrano area as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Multiple long-term leave of absence positions are available, working with preschool, elementary, or middle school-aged students in a collaborative and resource-rich environment. This is a full-time, on-site contract opportunity for motivated SLPs who thrive in a school setting and are passionate about helping students succeed.

• Provide comprehensive speech and language services to a caseload of approximately 55 students per SLP
• Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), and track student progress
• Collaborate closely with special education teams, teachers, and families to ensure student growth

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active California SLP license required

• Strong commitment to collaborating with multidisciplinary teams

• Ability to work on-site, engaging directly with students and staff

These contracts begin as early as September and have a high likelihood of extending through the full academic year.
