Exciting opportunities are available for skilled Speech-Language Pathologists seeking impactful contract positions supporting K-12 students. Multiple openings have emerged for on-site SLPs for the upcoming school year. These assignments balance meaningful intervention and flexibility, allowing professionals who value purposeful work the chance to thrive in diverse educational settings.

Ideal candidates possess:

• Active SLP credentials with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) and relevant school-based experience (license preferred, not required)
• Demonstrated expertise with both general education and specialized populations (mild/moderate, gen ed, preschool)
• Strong assessment, documentation, and collaborative skills
• Flexibility to alternate school locations throughout the week (no virtual work)
• Effective communication for partnering with existing SLP teams and supporting student needs

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering direct and consultative speech-language services, supplementing established SLP teams
• Managing moderate, general education, and preschool caseloads as assigned
• Conducting comprehensive assessments to address overloads and ensure compliance
• Traveling between local elementary, middle, or high schools depending on assignment
• Maintaining thorough records and contributing to IEP meetings as needed

Assignment details:

• Opportunity A: Part-time coverage at two elementary schools, supporting large caseloads and assessment overloads from August through internal hire. One consistent school site per day; schedule rotates by week.
• Opportunity B: Full-time coverage at a middle or high school, focusing on general education caseloads (4050 students) from August to mid/end of September.

Both roles offer regular weekday hours (roughly 8:00 a.m. 3:30 p.m.), professional collaboration, and the satisfaction of making a difference in local schools.
