Job summary

Bilingual Therapies is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for school-based coverage in the San Juan Capistrano area. Full-time contract roles across preschool to middle school, starting as early as September with potential extension through the academic year.

You will evaluate, develop and implement IEPs, deliver direct and consultative therapy, and collaborate with educators to support student progress. CA license required; caseload ~55 students per site; salary $47.53–$71.53/hour.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active California SLP license is required.
• Experience in school settings across preschool to middle school is preferred.
• Ability to manage a caseload of about 55 students per site.

Responsibilities

• Complete evaluations and develop/implement IEPs.
• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy.
• Collaborate with educators and support staff to promote student progress.
• Maintain all required documentation and ensure care standards.
• Contribute to a collaborative interdisciplinary team.
