Birch Agency is seeking a Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Philadelphia. The role offers in-person and virtual options, serving students from pre-K through high school across Pennsylvania. Interviews are being scheduled soon, and there is a $3,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in Speech and Communication.
• PA School-based Speech Language Pathologist credentialing.
• State licensure/certification required; ASHA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

SLP Job Responsibilities

• Screen new students for Speech/Language disorders
• Evaluate students referred with speech/language disorders to determine the degree and severity
• Provide Speech Therapy to students with a wide variety of disabilities
• Complete appropriate paperwork following state guidelines
• Attend IEP Meetings
• Confer with parents and develop home programs when necessary
• Consult with Teachers
• Work as a part of the Special Ed team
• Provide thorough and accurate documentation in a timely fashion
