Birch Agency is seeking Speech Language Pathologists to work in person with students in Reading, PA. Positions are full‑time, serving students from pre‑K through high school. Interviews are being held as soon as possible. A $1,500 sign‑on bonus is available.

Responsibilities

• Screen new students for speech and language disorders
• Evaluate students referred for speech/language disorders to determine degree and severity
• Provide speech therapy to students with a wide variety of disabilities
• Complete appropriate paperwork following state guidelines
• Attend IEP meetings
• Confer with parents and develop home programs when necessary
• Consult with teachers
• Work as part of the special education team
• Provide thorough and accurate documentation in a timely fashion
