Job summary

ClearView Healthcare Management's Soddy-Daisy Healthcare Center is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist to provide services to residents, including screening, evaluation, and treatment planning, in a collaborative therapy program.

You will work with residents and the rehabilitation team to improve communication and swallowing safety, adhere to state and federal regulations, and support quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Valid state SLP license.
• ASHA CCC-SLP credential, where applicable.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language pathology services, including screening, evaluation, and treatment.
• Maintain professional conduct and comply with regulations.
• Develop initial and ongoing treatment plans and discharge planning.
• Supervise assistants and rehab techs where applicable.
• Communicate with the Director of Rehabilitation about department activities.
• Ensure patient confidentiality and ethical practice.
