Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders, developing care plans meeting regulatory and clinical standards.
• Deliver rehabilitative treatment to patients with communication, cognitive, and/or swallowing disorders, ensuring compliance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Evaluate treatment outcomes, modify services based on patient evaluation and make referrals as needed.
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers related to speech disorders.
• Generate comprehensive discharge summaries in accordance with regulatory and clinical requirements.
