Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide direct therapy in a dynamic school setting in Oregon. The role involves collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality services that support student communication goals.

You will conduct evaluations, develop IEP-aligned treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions while maintaining thorough documentation and ongoing progress monitoring.

Qualifications

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current SLP licensure (or eligibility) for the state.
  • Experience working with school-aged children, ideally in a school setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for family and team collaboration.
  • Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and compliance requirements.
  • Creative approach to therapy and documenting sessions efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy to students, individually and in groups.
  • Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with IEPs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to monitor progress.
  • Implement evidence-based interventions and regularly track progress.
