Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist for a contract role in a supportive school environment. The ideal candidate will deliver evidence-based therapy to pediatric students, design individualized plans, and collaborate with educators and families to support student growth.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Active SLP license in the state and CCC-SLP certification.
  • Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric caseloads.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with teaching staff and parents.
  • Commitment to fostering a positive, supportive learning atmosphere.

Responsibilities

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, and communication challenges.
  • Develop and carry out individualized intervention programs.
  • Maintain thorough, accurate, and timely documentation.
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing input and collaborating on student goals.
  • Engage with families and caregivers to ensure carryover of strategies at home.
  • Work closely with educators to support student success in classroom settings.
  • Remain current with best practices and relevant professional development.
