Job summary

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP (or eligibility to obtain).

  • Experience providing speech and language services within school settings preferred.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs).
  • Commitment to culturally responsive, inclusive practices.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments to identify students' speech, language, and communication needs.
  • Develop, implement, and document individualized therapy plans.
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions to PreK-12 students in individual and group settings.
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and input to multidisciplinary teams.
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student success.
  • Monitor progress, maintain clear records, and adjust interventions as needed.
  • Provide training and resources to support staff and caregivers.
