Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing in Oregon is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in a dynamic educational setting. This contract opportunity offers meaningful clinical experience and growth.

You will assess and treat speech and language disorders, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with teachers, families, and other service providers to support IEP goals. Remote services may be used when needed; mileage reimbursement and flexible scheduling are available to support work–life

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Active SLP license in Oregon or eligibility for licensure.
  • CCC certification preferred; CFY candidates considered.

Responsibilities

  • Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in a diverse student population.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with federal, state, and district guidelines.
  • Provide direct therapy services on-site or via telepractice, adapting strategies to maximize student success.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and other service providers.
  • Participate in IEP meetings to contribute to holistic student support plans.
  • Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and documentation required by the district.

Job description

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active SLP license in the state of Oregon or eligibility for licensure
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates also considered
  • Experience with pediatric populations, particularly within educational or healthcare settings
  • Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and willingness to deliver remote services as needed
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
  • Previous school-based experience is a plus
