CFY with SNF experience are welcome; licensure requirements include Colorado SLP licensure and CCC-SLP per ASHA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active or in-process Colorado SLP licensure.
• CCC-SLP certification from ASHA preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification per state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Implement speech therapy treatments per medical orders.
• Collaborate with therapy team and physicians on patient progress.
• Document evaluations, progress notes and discharge summaries.
• Provide a full range of speech therapy modalities as needed.
• Maintain patient confidentiality in line with HIPAA.
