Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to join our team as a Speech Therapist. You will evaluate and treat patients in a SNF setting, following an individualized plan of care based on initial evaluation.

Strong communication skills and experience with standardised assessments, swallowing evaluations, and treatment planning are essential to monitor patient progress and collaborate with families and the treatment team.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate the knowledge and skills to provide patient care appropriate in a SNF setting.
• Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication with patients, families and the treatment team.
• Experience with administering standardised speech/language assessments, swallowing evaluations, treatment planning and progress monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care.
• Treat patients following the evaluation and plan of care.
• Monitor and document patient progress and communicate with team and families.
