Dignity Health - St. Bernardine Medical Center is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders to significantly improve patient quality of life.

Daily duties include comprehensive evaluations, implementing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with the care team while maintaining accurate documentation and meeting productivity standards.

Formación

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• California license upon hire or eligibility with licensure in process.
• Basic Life Support (CPR) certification upon hire.
• Clinical competence in Speech-Language Pathology required.

Responsabilidades

• Assess and treat patients with speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive disorders per guidelines.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with rehab, nursing, physicians, and case managers to ensure optimal patient care.
• Maintain timely and accurate medical record documentation and productivity.
• Communicate effectively with the health care team using SBAR format.
