Job summary

Qualifications

  • Masters in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Licensed by AZ State Board Speech Language Pathologist.
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support certificate.

Responsibilities

  • Conducts thorough records review and assessments using standardized tools.
  • Weighs prognostic factors to form prognosis.
  • Sets measurable short- and long-term goals and adjusts plans as needed.
  • Coordinates with interdisciplinary team and makes referrals.
  • Uses evidence-based interventions while considering culture and language.
  • Applies learning, behavioral, and pragmatic strategies.
