Job summary

Trilogy Health Services in Indiana is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide comprehensive speech, language, voice, and swallowing assessments and therapies. You will develop individualized plans and work within an interdisciplinary team to support patient communication and feeding goals.

Responsibilities include delivering therapy, documenting progress, educating families, and ensuring regulatory compliance. A Master’s degree and licensure are required; CCC-SLP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current state SLP licensure in the applicable state.
• CCC-SLP certification from ASHA preferred or required.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Travel: Yes, minimal (<10%).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to identify speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans with measurable goals.
• Provide therapy to improve communication and swallowing abilities.
• Educate patients and families about disorders and therapy techniques.
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress notes and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.
