Powerback Rehabilitation to You is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to help patients communicate, swallow, and improve voice and language abilities. You design and deliver rehabilitation plans, work with patients to achieve goals, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Licensed, certified or credentialed, as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement rehabilitation plans and deliver services.
• Collaborate with patients to execute plans and monitor progress.
• Engage in activities to support patient independence and productivity.
• Assist colleagues and refer to other services when appropriate.
