Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification per state regulations.
• CCC Certification (Clinical CCC).
• CPR certification, or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Master’s degree preferred; Bachelor’s degree with relevant field experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, assessing, and developing personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language needs.
• Modifying therapy approaches as necessary based on patient progress.
• Tracking, documenting, and monitoring patient performance and responses to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories and milestones.

Strong assessment & communication
