Trilogy Health Services is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide comprehensive speech-language pathology services in a team-based setting at The Springs at Oldham Reserve, La Grange, KY. You will assess, plan, and implement therapy to address communication and swallowing needs, with a focus on measurable progress.

The role requires a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology, state licensure, and 0-1 years of experience; CCC-SLP is preferred or required, with CPR certification also

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• 0-1 years of experience in the field.
• Current state SLP licensure required; CCC-SLP preferred or required.
• Current CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to identify speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans with measurable goals.
• Provide therapy to improve communication and swallowing abilities.
• Educate patients and families about disorders and therapy strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Other duties as assigned.
