Job summary

Trilogy Health Services in Indiana seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide a full range of services in an interdisciplinary setting, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions. Education requirement: Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• State SLP licensure required.
• CCC-SLP certification preferred or required.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patients to identify speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders through clinical assessments and interviews.
• Develops and implements individualized therapy plans with measurable goals.
• Provides therapy to improve communication, articulation, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing abilities.
• Educates patients and families about disorders, therapy techniques, and progress strategies.
• Maintains accurate documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.
