Job summary

Bluebonnet Trails Community Services seeks a Speech Language Pathologist to work with infants and toddlers, supporting families in their home, daycare, or community settings. The role blends in-person and telehealth services to meet family needs across Williamson and Burnet Counties in Texas.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, design personalized treatment plans, and track progress, applying coaching and trauma-informed care to empower families in everyday activities.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech Therapy from an accredited college or university.
• Current licensure to practice speech therapy in Texas.
• Valid Texas driver’s license and maintain approved driver’s status throughout employment.
• Knowledge of and experience working with infants and toddlers with developmental needs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with families and team members to evaluate needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and track progress.
• Use Coaching Model to empower families to lead their child’s development.
• Apply Trauma-Informed Care principles to create a safe, supportive environment for families.
