Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Palatka, FL is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (PRN) to evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting. You will work with multiple specialty teams to provide comprehensive care and help patients reach individualized goals.

Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, creating customized plans, and delivering therapy for a range of speech, language, hearing, and swallowing disorders, while ensuring a positive patient experience and clear written and verbal

Qualifications

• Florida SLP license is required and must be current.
• CPR/BLS certification must be current.
• Knowledge of applicable federal and state professional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Complete new patient evaluations and establish customized treatment plans.
• Deliver therapy for speech, language, hearing, and swallowing disorders.
• Collaborate with multiple specialty teams including neurology, geriatrics, orthopedics, pediatrics, sports, women's health, vestibular, oncology and low vision.
• Provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a positive patient experience.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
