Qualifications

• Current SLP license in the state of Florida.
• Current hands-on CPR/BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Complete the new patient evaluation, establish customized treatment plans and patient goals.
• Apply a variety of therapeutic techniques for rehabilitation of speech and language disorders, hearing disorders, and swallowing disorders.
• Deliver high quality patient care for multiple rehabilitation diagnoses.
• Provide a positive patient experience through patient engagement and progressive treatment.
• Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Promote evidence-based patient care.

Positions available in Palatka, FL! Covering Putnam County, working along side multiple employees to provide superior patient care in an outpatient setting.
