Job summary

Paycom - ATS in San Antonio, TX is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to assess and treat communication and swallowing disorders, plan and supervise therapy, and coordinate with the Rehab Director to integrate care.

You will educate patients and families, document progress, participate in case conferences and QA programs, and adhere to ASHA codes of ethics while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology from an ASHA-accredited program.
• Current Texas licensure to practice as a Speech-Language-Pathologist.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
• One year of home health SLP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and reassessments of communication and swallowing disorders.
• Plan, implement, and supervise individualized therapeutic programs.
• Collaborate with Rehab Director to integrate therapy in the care plan.
• Educate patients and families in swallowing and communication techniques.
• Document patient progress and maintain confidentiality.
• Participate in case conferences and QA/QI activities.
