Job summary

600 North Brush OPCO LLC seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to plan and direct therapy services in a skilled care setting in Ohio. You will assess residents, plan goals, and deliver patient- and family-centered therapy while ensuring CMS-compliant documentation.

The role requires CCC-SLP, active state licensure, and ongoing CEU engagement; full-time benefits apply, with PRN opportunities as needed.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Certificate of Clinical Competency required.
• Active SLP license in practice states required.
• Ongoing CEU and professional development encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality speech therapy services and initiate referrals as appropriate.
• Evaluate and obtain data for treatment planning and implementation.
• Develop treatment plans with short-term and long-term goals.
• Instruct patient, family, and staff in speech-language procedures for daily carryover.
• Complete CMS-compliant documentation in NetHealth EMR.
• Oversee FEES/MBS protocols with site coordination.
• Participate in resident screening to meet needs timely and with clinical excellence.
