Job summary

PruittHealth is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to join our Therapy Services team in Panama City, FL. This role focuses on evaluating and treating patients per individualized care plans, with a commitment to compassionate, high-quality care and collaboration within a supportive workplace.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid professional SLP license in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an ASHA-accredited program; for foreign-trained graduates, program must be deemed substantially equivalent to U.S. entry-level by ASHA-approved credential evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Complete evaluations, assessments, and treatments in accordance with policy and the individualized care plan
• Complete all documentation and records in a timely and accurate manner
• Follow established policies and procedures related to the scope of practice
• Recognize and respond to priorities in patient care showing initiative and sound judgment
• Complete all required orientations, in-services, and trainings successfully and in a timely manner
• Perform other related duties as directed by supervisor
