Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid SLP license in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an ASHA-accredited program (or equivalent).
• For foreign-trained applicants, equivalence must be established by a credentialing organization approved by ASHA.

Responsibilities

• Complete evaluations, assessments, and treatments per individualized care plan.
• Document and maintain all records timely and accurately.
• Follow established policies and procedures related to the scope of practice.
• Recognize and respond to priorities in patient care with initiative and sound judgment.
• Complete required orientations, trainings, and in-services.
• Perform other related duties as directed by supervisor.
