Job summary

Northside Hospital Inc. is seeking a qualified Speech Therapist to evaluate and treat communication impairments among diverse patient populations. Responsibilities include the administration of speech therapy programs and patient education. Candidates must possess a Master's degree in Speech/Language Pathology and CPR certification.

This position offers opportunities for professional growth and a supportive work environment that values work/life balance. Working hours are from 8 AM to 4:30 PM with weekend requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be certified in CPR for all age groups.
• Must be certified by the American Speech/Language and Hearing Association or meet educational requirements for certification.
• Working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and other regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates speech, language, cognitive, and communication impairments.
• Develops and administers speech therapy programs for various age groups.
• Provides patient and family education in a courteous manner.

Skills

Certified in CPR for all age groups
