Job summary

Northside Hospital is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat communication disorders across inpatient and outpatient settings. You will work with diverse age groups, from neonates to geriatrics, developing individualized therapy plans and educating patients and families.

Requirements include GA licensure, two years of clinical experience, CCC from ASHA (or in process with supervised completion within one year), and Basic Life Support (BLS).

Qualifications

• Current Speech-Language Pathologist license by the Georgia Board of Speech-Language Pathology, Audiology, and Hearing Aid Dispensing.
• Two (2) years clinical experience.
• CCC by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association or meets educational requirements with supervised experience completed within one year.
• Must hold American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS).

Responsibilities

• Evaluates speech, language, cognitive, and communication impairments in inpatients and outpatients across age groups.
• Develops and administers speech therapy programs and treatments.
• Provides patient and family education and collaborates with medical staff.
