Job summary

Encompass Health is hiring a Speech Pathologist to deliver compassionate therapy across our nationwide inpatient rehabilitation network. Join us to help patients overcome speech and communication challenges with access to advanced technology and a supportive team.

You will evaluate, assess, and develop personalized treatment plans, track progress, and adjust therapy as needed. Licensure, CCC, CPR within 30 days, and a master’s degree (or equivalent) are required or preferred.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC certification (Certification of Clinical Competence).
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment if necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
