Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with geriatric populations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, voice, and fluency evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
• Provide therapy for speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Collaborate with teachers, physicians, and other professionals to support holistic care.
• Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Stay current with best practices and continuing education in speech-language pathology.
