AdvantageCare Rehab in Media, PA is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to improve communication and safe swallowing for patients. You will apply expertise, compassion, and creativity to each session, delivering evidence-based care with a patient-first mindset.

This full-time role emphasizes collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, documentation accuracy, and ongoing professional growth within a therapist-led culture. A sign-on bonus is available and mentorship is provided for CFs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• CCC-SLP preferred; CFs welcome with mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, and swallowing evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and evidence-based practices.
• Deliver direct therapy services and modify interventions based on patient response and progress.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers to support carryover of skills and long-term success.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
• Accurately document evaluations, treatment sessions, progress reports, and discharge summaries.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFs are welcome with strong mentorship offered
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
